This  Weblog is about health promotion,  health issues both at home and globally.  It is the blog for making health decisions.

 Health promotion and disease prevention are encouraged.  Health risk factors are highlighted.

The own and author is a  registered nurse.  She is internationally trained. 

There are many things  that an individual can do before seeing a specialist with a health problem. This blog is supporting those things.  This blog is also used in the health management program.
